Kim Kardashian tried to trademark the name 'SKKN' for her new make-up line. Though, she used to be hit with a cease and assist from every other company that already has the name claimed.
Kim's corporation, Kimsaprincess Inc filed forms to trademark the name on July ninth. She took to social media to announce that her current website, KKW Beauty will develop into inactive beginning August 1st. It's clear that the multi-millionaire is looking to rebrand her good looks line and this possible new name is a pivotal step in that path.
"I’m excited to continue to develop and expand my product range and for you to finally be able to experience it the way that I have always envisioned," the superstar stated on her Twitter previous this month.
According to TMZ, the fuss got here from attorneys representing Beauty Concepts LLC. They claim that their brand had been using the name 'SKKN' for his or her web site and social media platforms to supply salon and skin services and products ever since 2017. Beauty Concepts even disclosed in a letter to TMZ that they carried out to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to legally obtain a symbol with the name back in March 28.
