William Alan Friedle was born on August 11, 1976 in Hartford, Connecticut. He attended Avon High School in 1994 and had to commute from Avon to New York City for auditions when he committed himself to becoming an actor. He also attended Occidental College before he fully concentrated in acting.
Friedle began his professional on-camera career as the co-host of Don’t Just Sit There on Nickelodeon for three seasons (1988-1991), then became part of Boy Meets World, where he became a household name. He was the co-star of Chris Owen in 2004 in the independent film National Lampoon’s Gold Diggers.
Will appeared in a supporting position in the 2005 ABC Family movie Everything You Want. He was the voice behind a number of video video games including Kingdom of Hearts II as Seifer Almasy, Advent Rising as Gideon Wyeth, and Rogue Galazy as Jaster Rogue.
